Yes. Each item has a PAT test date and how often it’s due. When one is coming up it shows on the item, in the health strip and in the Maintenance view.
Open the booking and use its Equipment quick link. It lists the kit that event’s services bring, with due and return dates, notes and signature boxes. The Track view shows everything still out.
Log a repair on its history and mark it as needing one. It comes out of service and out of availability, so it can’t be promised to another gig until it’s fixed.
Yes. Use More, then Import or export, and bring it in from a spreadsheet.
No. There’s one plan and every feature is in it. £27/month plus tax covers three DJs, and you get seven days free with no card.
